Employer Recognition Night
The purpose of OBT’s Employer Recognition Event is to honor and recognize existing employers who have demonstrated a willingness to hire OBT trainees and support the organization.
This is an event that will provide the opportunity to showcase OBT through presentations, staff networking, trainee participation, etc. It will also serve as an outreach to potential employers and other individuals that OBT can cultivate for future support.

1. Leading Internship Site Award (Young Adult Internship Program)
2. Career Ladder / Longevity Award (Employers who have worked with OBT a long time and/or have provided opportunities for growth for our trainees.
3. Rookie of the Year – (New employer who took a chance with OBT)
4. The Opportunity Award – criteria will include number of hires, retention, growth opportunities, benefits, starting wage, types of jobs and overall quality of work environment.
